GOURMET DINNER Entress:- Empanadas.- Gravlax salmon on crispy spiced potato, with avocado mayonnaise and pickled radish.- Breaded boconccino, tomato coulis and Genovese pesto.- Rosemary honey galzed sweetbread covered in filo dough with mango sauce.- Vegetable caponata with prosciutto marinated in cognac and tomato jam with brie cheese.- Roasted pear salad with shredded parmesan cheese, walnuts, grape tomatoes and balsamic vinegar emulsion.
